We build a variety of fixtures. Drilling, grinding, machining, assembly, weld, test, and checking to name a few. The fixtures can be built to almost any tolerance, size and material you like. We can work with your design or in most cases we will design the fixture from a part print or sample part. The fixture can be simple hand clamping with Destaco clamps to fully automated clamping with air or hydraulics. Most times we can intergrade the fixture with the process and semi-automate you’re manufacturing of that part, drilling, sawing, and vinyl welding are perfect examples. As always, safety, ergonomics, and accuracy are paramount.
