As with most all tool shops we perform general machining and repair. We will quote and machine part per print. We will work with all types of metals and plastics, such as A2, D2, S7, 4140 pre hard, Vandus 10, CPM 10V, mild steels, stainless steel, all aluminums, brass, bronze, copper, titanium, magnesium, UHMW, Delrin, nylon, and polycarbonate. We have very accurate checking equipment to be sure your parts are made right.

We have a new wire EDM and can program and burn in 4 axis. We build an extensive amount of plastic extrusion tooling with our EDM and CNC mill.
