All of our tooling is designed and drawn on AutoCAD and all critical details and all dowels holes are wire EDMed on location. This makes the tool very easy to repair or replace.

We build a variety of fixtures. Drilling, grinding, machining, assembly, weld, test, and checking to name a few. Safety, ergonomics, and accuracy are paramount.

Automation is the other side of our shop. We will quote and build almost any type of automation from a simple drill to a full-blown assembly line. We design almost everything we build.

As with most all tool shops we perform general machining and repair. We will quote and machine part per print.

We know Windows. There are a great many window companies in Central Wisconsin, so we have specialized in equipment for them. We are one of very few shops out there that can actually understand you when you are talking about window and door parts.
